Nice high quality conditioner, smells great. I used this as directed taking a shower and washing my hair. I than let it sit on my head for about 10 min before rinsing out. The first thing I noticed is that the texture and consistency of this is like a thick creamy conditioner. I had to apply a lot to cover my hair, my hair is long and I have to use a lot of regular conditioner also. When I rinsed this out and brushed my hair out, my hair was as easy to brush out as usual as long as I apply conditioner. I have to use conditioner, it makes a huge difference with detangling. I styled like normal. While I like this product, I did not feel like it really did anything different than my regular high quality conditioning rinse. The jar of this would only last me about 3 -4 uses so it would not be cost effective for my long, moderately thick hair. I would however recommend for anyone wanting coconut oil product with short to shoulder length hair. This smells very nice and was pleasant to use. I did feel like it wasn't really thick enough to be a hair mask though, only a conditioning rinse. I purchased this product at a discount for reviewing purposes.
