Good source of Green tea health benefits, even if you dont drink tea. I didnt notice any flavor when added to my food.

Green tea is good for you! It has lots of
antioxidants in it and is good for lowering cholesterol levels as well
as other things. This is a great way to introduce it to your diet even
if you don't like to drink green tea. I just add it to my regular food
and I was please that it doesn't change the taste at all, at least for
the little bit I was using. Even though its not meant to be, I thought
it was kinda fun too, green eggs and ham anyone? Its a fine green powder
that can be mixed with anything at all and I like how easy it is to
use. It comes in a re-seal able pack also to maintain freshness. I don't
know much about Matcha at all but I thought this was pretty nice little
starter pouch, which for me will last awhile.
