Great concept and it works just as it says. Keep track of your fitness goals! Nice scale, this is the first I've ever seen to measure BMI and more, I love the app that comes with it to keep record of your results and track your progress. The scale itself is sleek and pretty design, The screen reads very clearly and you can see when its processing your results. The circles are where you place your feet for most accurate results. The scale comes with clear directions on how to use. I measured weight with both my regular scale and this one and it is accurate on weights.
