The belt itself is sized a tad smaller than expected. The enclosure is Velcro and the belt thickness and width is perfect for adequate support. This belt seems built to last as long as you don't over extend the stretchy bands. I was unable to try this belt on to feel it on me because it was too small. I'd suggest ordering up a size. Other than that this seems like a great belt.
