 I had restful sleep and was refreshed in the morning
I usually have a pretty hard time falling asleep and if I get woke up in the night I have trouble going back to sleep. I used this for the last two nights and It put me straight to sleep. I stayed asleep all night and in the morning I had no trouble waking and felt well rested. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. I love that it is made from natural substances and supports the best part of sleep REM. I love that it is not addicting and Ill never use anything else but Melatonin and Valerian root. The bottle itself came with a freshness seal and has no strong smells or taste.
