Safety First! This vest arrived quickly, and was in a handy, reusable nylon bag with drawstrings. (See all pictures) It has great visibility during the day and at night.. the armbands are yellow with a plastic or vinyl covering and seem like they will be comfortable and waterproof. The vest is made of breathable material. It has reflective strips and a large center pocket that is not waterproof but is breathable. I'm taking it out on the jet ski Saturday 6/5 and will update afterwards. Update: We took it out on the jet ski and were happy with how bright and reflective it is, and it fits well over the life jacket.
