High quality memory foam bamboo pillow. The product came in good time range. It was packaged nicely and compact. I pulled out the pillow and it took some work to make it fluff up, took about 3 min. After all the lumps were out it fluffed up very nicely. It had plenty of stuffing and isn't flimsy at all. I have slept on this pillow for 4 nights and I like it especially when it's fluffed. It tends to flatten where you are in it and bounce back very slowly ( as memory foam does) so for me it doesn't seem to support my neck well enough when it flattens down, all this means is I have to flip it about halfway through the night for adequate neck support. The pillow is made of comfortable, high quality materials. I'd recommend to anyone who likes memory foam cause this is probably best quality firm memory foam pillow you can get.
